MODEL NRK-400 Capping Machine

Resina® High Speed Inline Capping System model NRK-400 is an automatic In-line capping machine encompassing some of the best features to provide reliable and very fast operation. It can handle cap sizes of 10-70mm at speeds of up to 300 per minute with start/stop controls. It comes fitted with our optional H-42 cap hopper/sorter, or HES-12 hopper/elevator/sorter - both of which are the best on the market. This capping machine also comes with our patented Resina® "anti-cock" stabilizer, NEMA-4 control panel, 9'6" of SS conveyor with Delrin table-top conveyor chain, Value Guide™ style guide rails, and heavy duty Resina® cap quill clutches are all standard. Also comes with overhead driven Container Gripper Chain and custom Gripper Blocks shaped to the contour of the bottles. No bottle/No cap release mechanism and one set of change parts are included with this capper. This capping machine is all USA built, and designed to last.
