Resina Model 4H

Resina® model 4H fully automatic cap fitment machine is designed to place plugs and fitments onto containers moving in groups along a conveyor. Made in the USA. It can handle a wide variety of container sizes, and the 4 stations gives it a significant edge in speed over our traditional single-head chuck capper. It comes complete with an HES (Hopper Elevator Sorter) to promote steady cap feeding. Comes standard with our base conveyor, NEMA 4 control panel, and complete safety interlocks.

Speed: Container speeds up to 100 per minute.

Function: The 4H is designed to run containers in groups of 4 sequentially. This offers a speed increase over running containers one by one. This machine is ideal for large containers requiring press fitments, though a capper version is also available upon request.

Safety: The Resina 4H meets all OSHA standard requirments. Complete safety locks are standard on all Resina® machines.
