The NRF Fitment Applicator is designed to take fitments or “shaker tops” orient them, and place them in a container. Intended mainly for customers in the spice industry, the machine is very versatile and has many applications.

It comes equipped with our H-26 cap hopper/sorter which is the best on the market. Also, NEMA 4 control panel, 8’ of conveyor, and complete safety guards are all standard.

Resina® model NRP fully automatic plugger is designed to handle plugs and fitments “inside the neck” types. It is very versatile and can handle a wide variety of caps and high speeds.

Its comes complete with a vibratory bowl with prefeeder (if required), sized for the specific application and speed. Also 9’6” of conveyor, NEMA 4 control panel, and complete safety interlocks are all standard.

Resina® model NRL has been specifically designed to handle single friction external lid closures on grease type cartridges at speeds of 300 containers per minute.

It comes equipped with our H-26 cap hopper/sorter which is the best on the market. Also, NEMA 4 control panel, 8’ of conveyor, and complete safety guards are all standard.

• Unique Resina® Crossover chute allows the HES to be easily placed in any production line
• Elevators with chains from 6” wide to 30” wide are available with speeds over 600 per minute

The Resina® HES delivers properly oriented caps via a discharge chute on demand. The caps are elevated and oriented on special custom designed “flights” attached to a delrin belt from the floor level bulk cap hopper.

The HES has all stainless steel construction (304 or 316), NEMA 4 control panel, PE eye for feed control, and an air clutch for motor protection which are all standard.
